Fundraising

The PTO helps helps our school purchase technology, programs and materials that are not in their budget. This year we are raising money for:

Teacher Mini-Grants: Last year, the PTO provided >$9,000 to fund grant request for which teachers applied. Examples included flexible seating, math and literacy materials, educational software and classroom games, books, field trips, and more! If teachers need more to make their classrooms exceptional, your PTO dollars help make this happen.
Classroom Grants: At the beginning of the school year, the PTO will provide $9,000 in gift certificates to teachers to help supply the needs in their classrooms. This supplement helps our teachers and kids with the things they need to make their daily learning environment the best it can be!

How it's done...

Teachers, families and local businesses work together to accomplish these goals by:

PTO Membership Dues at a level that works for your family
Participating in Fall Fun Festival
Support your kids in Tiger Trot
Donating online
Attending the biannual SDE Auction
Becoming a business Sponsor or Corporate Donor
Supporting our corporate fundraising partners by
- Attending Spirit Nights
- Box Tops for Education
- Shopping at certain local and national retailers
